Mr. Shannon has conducted workshops and seminars of this nature for many organizations over the past 25 years of his career, providing expert advice and materials in the United States, Japan and the West Indies, for companies such as American Express, Continental Insurance, Cardsystems International, Chase Manhattan Bank and Planet Payment International .
Ms. Leudar has written and produced materials in Australia and London providing keen insight to the customer experience.
